Cancellation & Inclement Weather Policies

There are NO REFUNDS.

  • The future weather forecast, cloudy weather, sprinkles, slight drizzles, or too hot or too cold temperatures are not justifications for cancellations or reschedules. Boats will go out if the weather is safe.

  • Dangerous conditions are heavy rains lasting more than forty-five minutes, lightning, tornado warnings, and/or high wind advisories. Should these inclement weather conditions occur during your rental time period, your TIME out on the water will be pro-rated and a voucher for time missed out on the water will be issued.

  • You must be present to receive your Inclement Weather Voucher for actual weather conditions at the time of your rental. Don’t assume that just because the weather looks bad that it will actually happen. We will send boats out if the weather is safe. A “No Show” will forfeit the entire reservation fee and cannot be used towards a future rental.

  • Should the weather be deemed dangerous or unsafe by our staff based on creditable weather sources prior to your reservation, we will waiver the administrative fee to move to a future date for the same type of boat and same time booked or issue a voucher for you to redeem by the end of the season.

What Type of Boats are Available for Rental?

Here at Happy Ours, we offer rentals on one of our Yachts.

Will I Have to Refuel the Boat Throughout the Day?

In the clear majority of cases, the boat will be filled with enough fuel to get you through a single day. However, if you’re renting for longer than a day, there’s a chance that you’ll have to refuel the boat.

Is a Deposit Required to Rent a Boat?

You’ll put a deposit down before you take your boat out, and it’ll count toward the rental price. You can pay with either cash or credit card, but you must leave a credit card number on file.

When Will My Boat Rental Be Ready for Pickup?

Happy Ours Excursions Rentals opens at 9:00 AM on all 7 days of the week while in-season. You can pick your boat up at any time while the rental office is open.

Will I Be Held Liable for Any Damage to the Boat?

Yes. You will be charged for damages if you or someone in your group does damage to the boat.

How much is it to book a trolley tour for adults?

Each passenger pays at least $25 per tour.

Is a face mask required?

A face mask is highly recommended for your safety.

Are concealed guns allowed on the bus?

No.

Where do we meet? How do I get to the Mall at Peachtree Center? Where should I park?

All details will be given at the time of booking.

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

You can bring a wheelchair if the wheelchair can fold-up inside the bus. Our bus does not have a wheelchair lift.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds. All sales are final. You can change the dates of your tour to a future date if you can't make it to your tour on your scheduled date.
